Job description
This leadership role will oversee the Company’s capital raising, debt financing, and joint venture formation to drive scalable growth across real estate development and investment initiatives.
The position will lead fund strategy and exit execution, acting as a key interface with major investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners to optimize portfolio and capital structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Capital Raising
- Raising capital from investors and local developers through expanding and maintaining relationships with them
- Carrying out business development and reporting to investors and business partners
- Preparing proposal materials related to investment and development projects
- Debt Financing
- Negotiating with potential banks and securing debt financing for ongoing and upcoming required projects
- Handling all related documentation, liaising with lawyers and executing transactions in line with the business plan
- Managing relationships with banks and reporting to them for all relevant projects
- Joint Venture Formation and Management
- Structuring, forming, and managing joint ventures (JVs) with partners
- Coordinating with stakeholders to align interests and optimize fund structures
- Fund Strategy and Exit Management
- Planning and executing strategies for the formation of future core funds by analyzing relevant REIT markets and partnering with major investors
- Implementing fund exit strategies, including portfolio optimization and sales to investors
- Related Responsibilities
- Handling related matters including legal, accounting, tax issues and
- general affairs arising from (1)-(4)
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the Company from time to time
Requirements
- Fund management experience at bank firm, ideally within a financial institution or real estate investment firm.
- 10years of experience in real estate development

Job description
This role will oversee the Company’s accounting, administrative, and HR functions, ensuring smooth office operations and compliance with internal and external requirements.
The position requires a proactive and self-driven professional who can independently initiate tasks and establish new policies and procedures, even in the absence of existing manuals or guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting Operations
- Overseeing general accounting activities including bookkeeping, expense management, and month-end closing processes
- Handling invoice processing, payment cycles, and reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions
- Administrative and Office Operations
- Establishing procedures with banks, equity partners, and government offices, and developing rules necessary for office operations
- Managing general administrative matters to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
- HR and People Management
- Managing HR-related functions including employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and onboarding support
- Supporting the development and implementation of internal policies related to HR and workplace management
- Coordination with Headquarter (Japan)
- Acting as the primary communication channel with the Japan Headquarter
- Preparing and sharing necessary reports and updates with HQ as required
- Other Related Responsibilities
- Performing any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and general administration
- Work experience in a venture company
