Kasumigaseki Capital Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with THP Enstek Development Sdn. Bhd. to explore collaboration in warehouse development in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.
The signing ceremony took place on September 29, 2025, at the Malaysia Pavilion of Expo 2025 Osaka, Japan, in the presence of the Chief Minister of Negeri Sembilan, The Honourable Aminuddin Harun.

Through this MOU, both parties will jointly explore opportunities for developing logistics and warehouse facilities that support regional economic growth.
<Purpose of the MOU>
Under the MOU, Kasumigaseki Capital Malaysia and THP Enstek Development will explore a potential joint venture for the development of temperature-controlled and ambient warehouses within the “Techpark@Enstek” industrial area in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia.
Follow-up Visit and Collaboration Efforts
Following the MOU signing, on October 3, 2025, a delegation from Negeri Sembilan led by Aminuddin Harun, Chief Minister of Negeri Sembilan, visited “LOGI FLAG TECH Tokorozawa I,” an automated cold storage warehouse developed and operated by Kasumigaseki Capital in Japan.
The visit aimed to exchange technical expertise and strengthen collaboration toward warehouse development in Malaysia. During the visit, Kasumigaseki Capital Group introduced its track record and expertise in logistics facility development and operations in Japan, and exchanged views with the delegation regarding potential future joint projects.
